Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Polymer ("Polymer", "we", "us"), an automated trading platform that interacts with Polymarket prediction markets on your behalf. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Polymer provides software-based automated trading bots — including Sniper, Crasher, and Liquidity Provider strategies — that place, cancel, and manage orders on Polymarket through your configured wallet. The service is provided as software-as-a-service; we do not take custody of your funds, and you retain control of your wallet keys via your chosen wallet provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access decentralized prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the service does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party agreement that applies to you. We may block access from jurisdictions where prediction-market activity is prohibited.

3. Account and Wallet

Authentication is performed through an embedded wallet provider. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials, recovery phrases, and any other material used to access your wallet. We have no ability to recover lost credentials, reverse transactions, or restore wallet access on your behalf.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the service's rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or security features;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, wash trading, or money laundering;
• access the service through any automated method other than the interfaces we expressly provide;
• use the service to operate on behalf of any third party in a manner that conceals the beneficial owner of trades.

5. Risk Disclosure

Prediction-market trading involves substantial risk of loss. Bot strategies can and do lose money. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on the Polymer platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the configuration of your bots and for any positions opened, held, or closed by them. We make no representation as to the profitability or suitability of any strategy for your situation.

6. Fees

Use of certain features may be subject to fees, which will be displayed before you incur them. Network and exchange fees (gas, Polymarket maker/taker fees) are paid by you directly to the relevant network or counterparty and are not collected or refundable by Polymer.

7. Intellectual Property

The Polymer platform, including its source code, branding, interface, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal trading purposes only. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers, including Polymarket for order routing and settlement, an embedded wallet provider for authentication, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. Your use of the service is also subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions taken by those third parties.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a security or compliance risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uptime. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Polymer or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost trading opportunities, or losses arising from price slippage, network congestion, third-party API failure, or smart-contract behavior, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Polymer and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polymer's operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
